2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for annual subscribers. We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Annual Subscription Only: Refunds are exclusively available for users who have purchased an annual subscription plan.
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're an annual subscriber and not completely satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your annual subscription, you may request a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical difficulties that prevent you from using our service effectively, and our support team cannot resolve them within 48 hours (annual subscribers only).
- Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end (annual subscribers only).
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Non-Annual Subscriptions: Daily passes, monthly subscriptions, and all other non-annual subscription plans are non-refundable. Our service is provided "As is" as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
- Annual subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days
